A. Information from Studio Owners

When a studio owner creates an account, we may collect:

Phone number

Business name and business details

Login credentials

Subscription and billing information

Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment processors such as Stripe and Square. Flo does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.


B. Information from Studio Clients

When studio owners use Flo to manage their bookings, we may process personal information belonging to their clients, including:

Name

Email address

Phone number

Appointment history

Card-on-file information (when enabled by the studio owner)

This information is collected and processed solely to provide booking, reminder, messaging, and payment-related services on behalf of the studio owner.


C. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Device type and browser type

Operating system

Pages visited and actions taken

Date and time of access

Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Flo acts as a data processor, processing personal information only to provide the Service.

Obtaining all required consents from their clients

Provide the Service
